Services Provided
One - on - One Personal Training
Let us cater to your needs. With one of our certified and qualified trainers, we individualize your workouts to your specific needs. From body fat loss, muscular gain, improving your cardiovascular shape, or simply working on your health - we do it all.
Nutritional Guidance and Diet Help
Where other trainers may refer you to outside dietary help or online guides, we with DM Fitness believe that a proper diet is the key to any fitness plan, like the roof of a house. Our trainers will do their best to teach you proper eating habits and cater a dietary plan for you.
Body Measurements & Body Fat Tracking
The most important thing we can do for you, aside from everything else, is hold you accountable. DM Fitness makes sure to take all clients’ measurements every 30 days. However, it isn’t just about your weight. We track your body through other important metrics as well - body fat percentage and body tape measurements - all to hold you accountable.
Customized Workout Plans
Your own workouts on your own time are important. Very important. For this, you receive customized plans written out for you by your trainer’s careful perception of what you may need to reach your goals even faster. These customized workouts are included and emailed to you monthly to help you move forward, as an extra push.
