I absolutely love my personal trainer, Nastassia. The other trainers that walk past us during the sessions always ask how I am and show their care/support for all of their clients and each other. It is super hard to hold accountability for myself, but having a personal trainer has kept me coming back 3 days a week and I actually enjoy working out now. You won’t be led wrong with any trainer you get!

It’s hard for me to imagine what more you might want in a trainer. There are so many good things about DM, I could write a really long review, but I’ll try to hit the highlights. The trainers are VERY invested in you, as a person. They’re incredibly knowledgeable (and credentialed) and will educate you so that you can continue onward even without them. They care about what you’re doing outside the 1 on 1 sessions in the gym — diet, off day exercise, etc. I could go on, but seriously, if you’re reading this and you’re on the fence, just give them a call. My only regret is not doing it years ago. (Also, as an MTSU grad, I’m glad to support an excellent local business!)

Excellent Excellent personal training hands down. I had trouble putting weight on my tall slender frame, and in about 6 weeks time I’ve put on 10 pounds & have become strong than I’ve ever been. DM & his staff knows what they are doing. No matter what your end all goal is they will help you reach it!

First the staff at DM are FIT. They workout hard, and live the gospel that they preach, so i knew they would know how to get me results. Is that why I recommend DM Fitness? No. The main reason is for all the things i never accounted for. They seem to genuinely care about my results. They text and check in on me but do so without making it feel like I am being policed. They encourage me to ask questions, learn why they want me to eat a certain way, and at times, seem genuinely more excited about my results than even I am.
